About the Role

As a key member of the HC-One - Group A team, you will play a vital role in promoting a culture of learning and professional development within the organization. Working closely with leaders, stakeholders, and the People Development Team, you will be responsible for shaping, developing, and delivering learning and development plans and solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult and advise managers on people management and development strategies, providing high-level support and guidance across designated areas.
  • Commission services, projects, or activities that support the delivery of HC-One - Group A's business and regional plans, ensuring continuous improvement and learning.
  • Directly line manage and support Learning & Development Facilitators in their roles, using coaching and mentoring skills to enhance and develop the team to meet organizational needs.
  • Regularly travel and stay overnight across South England as part of this role, engaging with colleagues and stakeholders to drive business objectives.

Requirements

You will have an innovative approach to learning, with the ability to consultatively communicate at all levels across the organization. You will be a hands-on people leader, coaching and mentoring your team across a large geographical area to inspire, coach, and educate our colleagues. A relevant Learning & Development qualification or a Training/Teaching qualification is required, along with experience in providing learning and development expertise and practice in complex organizational settings.
