**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Systems Manager to join our dynamic team at NRG. As a key player in the People and Culture department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a new HR system, managing day-to-day operations, and serving as the system's subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a new HR system, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to employees and stakeholders on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing, maintaining, and implementing HR/People systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and drive business outcomes.
