Job Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Learning and Development Specialist at Chesamel Group. The specialist will be responsible for training and development, learning management, instructional design, communication, coaching, and facilitating transformative business outcomes. The role allows for flexibility with some remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Design and deliver instructional materials to support learning initiatives
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to improve performance and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and create innovative solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Requirements

  • Training & Development, Learning Management, and Instructional Design skills
  • Strong communication and coaching abilities
  • Experience in creating innovative learning solutions
  • Ability to drive positive change through learning initiatives
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in learning technology platforms
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
