Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Solid understanding of employment law and other government compliance regulations.
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
