Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Bridge Management and Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and demands.
  • Manage Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the best candidates are hired for our organization.
  • Support Business Growth: Develop and implement programs to support the growth and development of our employees.
  • Oversee Performance Appraisal System: Develop and implement a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and employee engagement.
  • Maintain Pay Plan and Benefits: Ensure that our pay plan and benefits program are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive HR experience, preferably in a stand-alone role.
  • Proven leadership and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and other government compliance regulations.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
