Disability Management Case Manager

We're seeking a skilled Disability Management Case Manager to join our team at Organizational Solutions Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage disability claims (STD/LTD) for our clients and help their employees return to work in a safe, timely way.
  • Utilize exceptional fact-gathering skills, review objective medical information, and analyze cases with proven return to wellness strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop effective return-to-work plans and provide ongoing support to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of disability management experience, including short-term and long-term disability adjudication.
  • Strong medical knowledge and a customer service focus.
