We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Neuro-Disability Fundraising Specialist to join our team at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-Disability. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to support our vital work in providing care and rehabilitation services to adults with neurological disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising plans to achieve annual targets
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, community groups, and individual donors
- Organize and deliver fundraising events, including charity runs, auctions, and galas
- Manage and steward a portfolio of donors and supporters
- Collaborate with the communications team to develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in fundraising, preferably in a healthcare or charity setting
- Proven track record of achieving fundraising targets and building strong relationships with donors and supporters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
