Customer Service Advisor - Trade Counter

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Coleraine branch as a Customer Service Advisor - Trade Counter.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in-store and over the phone.
  • Contribute to and exceed customer expectations, while supporting the achievement of sales and profit targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, ensuring a high standard of 'good housekeeping' throughout the store.
  • Build relationships with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone, and respond promptly and accurately to online and e-commerce queries.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a face-to-face sales and customer service role.
  • Proficient in the use of IT and good computer literacy and telephone skills.
  • Web sales, e-commerce, and social media experience.
  • Ideal knowledge or experience of the construction/building materials industry.
