Position: Patient Care Coordinator

Location: Northern Ireland

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome patients and ensure a seamless patient journey. Manage appointments and maintain patient records. Coordinate care packages for patients. Promote Bupa Dental Care's services and products. Deliver outstanding customer service. Assist the Practice Manager and clinical staff. Process payments while ensuring patient confidentiality.

Required Skills and Experience:

Positive and professional demeanor. Previous reception experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
