To achieve this, we are on the lookout for an exceptional Pre-sales Solutions Lead to become part of our solutions team, specializing in data center and hybrid technologies.

Our Data Center & Hybrid division is focused on delivering customers premier infrastructure solutions for their applications and data, driving their business expansion. As a Pre-sales Solutions Lead, you will work in close collaboration with our Solution Sales Specialists to guide clients in selecting the right technologies, accessing professional services, and fostering long-lasting relationships with significant clients globally.

Your Responsibilities
  • Work both independently and in collaboration with Solution Sales Specialists and Account Managers to identify and advance intricate transformation opportunities in Data Center, Hybrid, and Edge sectors.
  • Assist in positioning leading industry partner technologies alongside Computacenter's professional services, including private cloud, migration, and application discovery.
  • Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor on technical strategy.
  • Become an internal authority on our Data Center & Hybrid go-to-market propositions and advocate for them within the sales community.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Data Center & Hybrid Solution Area and meet sales objectives.

Additional Responsibilities and Opportunities

  • Help shape the propositions and strategy of the Data Center & Hybrid Solution Area in partnership with development colleagues and the Office of the CTO.
  • Represent Computacenter in partner boards and forums, attend relevant events and conferences, and serve as a technical escalation point within the organization.
  • Engage with a diverse virtual team across Computacenter to facilitate customer access to essential technology solutions and services.
  • Provide proposition and market insights to Solution Sales Specialists for new and core solutions within customer opportunities.
  • Understand customer challenges and requirements, ensuring they are addressed by our solutions while keeping our go-to-market strategy current and compelling.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to translate technical and solution collateral into effective customer messaging.
  • Participate in customer opportunity/strategy meetings to articulate business and technical strategies for both Computacenter and the customer.
  • Support the development of Sales Enablement materials and training for each solution.
  • Assist all sales force elements in understanding our solutions through education, enablement, and collateral.
Your Qualifications
  • Previous experience managing customer relationships from a technology perspective.
  • Demonstrated success in developing innovative solutions in Data Center & Hybrid Technologies.
  • Ability to identify commercial opportunities in Data Center & Hybrid Technologies.
  • Experience in assisting customers with procuring professional services and technology solutions.
  • Specialist candidates in specific technology areas (e.g., AI, High Performance Compute) or key technology vendors (Dell, NetApp, VMware, IBM, etc.) are highly encouraged to apply.
