Senior Solutions Architect for Pre-Sales

Are you enthusiastic about delivering transformative solutions to clients and facilitating their adoption of advanced technologies? New Relic, Inc. is in search of a Senior Solutions Architect for Pre-Sales to become a vital part of our team. In this position, you will be instrumental in assisting clients with their Open Telemetry projects and working closely with regional account teams on key initiatives. If you possess a robust technical foundation and a passion for making a significant impact in the observability domain, this role is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee technical assessments through ownership of OpenTelemetry proof of concept/proof of value projects
- Enhance transformation efforts and observability proficiency for clients
- Collaborate with clients in a technical advisory capacity during the pre-sales phase
- Craft solutions to bridge observability gaps and align client outcomes with capabilities
- Create documentation such as reference architectures and technical materials
- Empower field teams on the implementation of OpenTelemetry for clients
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Golang
- Practical experience with OpenTelemetry and various observability platforms
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to foresee client requirements
