Job Summary

The Junior IT Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring that orders are fulfilled and provisioning tasks are aligned with client expectations and timescales. This position requires a hands-on approach, with responsibilities including the deployment of client hardware, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment, communicating all details to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide efficient and effective customer service to end-users and other stakeholders, prioritizing and managing workload to meet client SLAs.
  • Task Management: Manage order-related tasks to ensure smooth and timely delivery, including the setup and configuration of new equipment and systems.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues, escalating complex problems to the Service Desk Team when necessary.
  • Communication: Ensure that customer service and communication with clients are a priority, answering client questions and arranging timely service from external vendors when required.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Essential, especially via telephone or remote.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11), Microsoft Office applications, and IT troubleshooting.
  • Soft Skills: Good problem-solving skills, confident communication, ability to work under pressure, and a self-motivated approach.
