We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Get Support IT Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring they fully achieve their IT objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing clients through escalations, with a strong understanding of basic software security principles, concepts, and technologies. You will be responsible for providing prompt account support to clients, ensuring accurate and consistent communication of all details in plain English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, expanding service take-up and identifying new opportunities and products available for clients.
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients, both on and offsite, to ensure timely provision of quotes and address commercial enquiries.
- Assist clients in setting goals and success criteria for Get Support's services and provide service reporting.
- Manage and monitor interactions with our technical teams, proactively escalating any issues and requests.
- Create and deliver client presentations that outline performance issues and suggested courses of action.
- Periodic client service reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management and client relationship building.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
