The Junior IT Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring that orders are fulfilled and provisioning tasks are aligned with client expectations and timescales. This position requires a hands-on approach, involving the deployment of client hardware, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities- Order Fulfillment: Ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment, communicating all details in plain English.
- Customer Service: Provide efficient and effective customer service to end users and other stakeholders.
- Workload Management: Prioritize and manage workload to ensure client SLAs are met.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues, and assist clients with questions and requests.
- Communication: Ensure clear and timely communication with clients, prioritizing customer service and communication.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11), Microsoft Office applications, and IT troubleshooting.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Education: Relevant education or training in IT or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a Managed Service provider.
This role is based in Eynsham and requires working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. The salary for this position is from £23,895.
