Sales Team Leader

Position Summary:
As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations within our depot. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the performance of the sales team and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Compensation:
The remuneration package for this role ranges from £38,000 to £45,000, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities:

3. Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members.
