About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Account Manager to enhance our Client Leadership team at RocketMill. Our mission is to seamlessly integrate all digital aspects of the customer journey, covering everything from Strategy to UX and Design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of diverse service lines within our unique planning framework, Total Performance.
  • Oversee the execution of client projects and campaigns, ensuring they align with RocketMill's comprehensive service offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams by providing clear briefs and establishing integrated project roadmaps.
  • Maintain up-to-date client status sheets and manage project timelines effectively.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess a well-rounded skill set in digital marketing along with prior experience in an agency environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to foster robust client relationships and contribute to various marketing initiatives.
