Job Summary:

Head of Private Client Team Lead is a senior leadership role within our Private Client department, responsible for overseeing the team's performance and driving business growth. We are seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor Manager to join our team in Brighton, East Sussex.

About the Role:

  • This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong understanding of Private Client law and a proven track record of leadership and business development.
  • As Head of Private Client Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of fee earners and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
  • You will work closely with our clients to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.
  • With a strong focus on team management and development, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the department.
  • You will also be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability, working closely with our senior leadership team to achieve our business objectives.

About You:

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor Manager with a strong background in Private Client law and a proven track record of leadership and business development.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • You will be a strategic thinker with a strong focus on business growth and development, with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
  • You will be a natural leader with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, with a strong focus on team management and development.
  • You will have a strong understanding of the Private Client market and a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
