Key Responsibilities
As a Client Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service that the firm is known for. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations of the team, ensuring that training and development needs are addressed.
- Monitoring workflow to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of quality.
- Reviewing work produced by team members and providing technical guidance.
- Identifying opportunities for new client acquisition and collaborating with management to enhance business growth.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a qualified ACCA/ACA professional (or nearing qualification) with a strong commitment to client service and teamwork. You should possess:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a team effectively while handling a diverse client portfolio.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and colleagues.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in accounting software and modern technology.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £48,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
