About the Role:

  • This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong understanding of Private Client law and a proven track record of leadership and business development.
  • As Head of Private Client Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of fee earners and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
  • You will work closely with our clients to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.
  • With a strong focus on team management and development, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the department.
