We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at REC-REVOLUTION LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Home Manager in running our successful departments.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Home Manager in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
- Lead by example and demonstrate high standards of merchandising and customer service
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Proven experience in a retail sales management role
