Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Sales: Assist with property sales and client negotiations to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Valuations and Sales Progression: Conduct property valuations and manage sales progression to meet client expectations.
  • Financial Services and Conveyancing: Secure financial service appointments and conveyancing instructions to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar role, with at least 1-2 years of experience in residential sales or estate agency.
  • Legislative Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of legislation relevant to residential sales.
  • Track Record: Proven track record in sales progression and property valuations.
  • Driving License: Must possess a valid UK driving license.
