About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team at Additional Resources Ltd. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions, including sales, valuations, and conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with property sales and client negotiations to ensure seamless transaction processes.
  2. Conduct property valuations and manage sales progression to meet client expectations.
  3. Secure financial service appointments and conveyancing instructions to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of residential sales legislation.
  2. At least 1-2 years of experience in residential sales or estate agency, with a valid UK driving license.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  4. A strong track record in sales progression and property valuations, with a keen eye for detail.
