About the Role

Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a highly skilled Brand Activation Manager to join their team in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and coordinating the activation plan and marketing budget for the brand in these regions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Budget Management: Collaborate with the country manager to construct and follow up on the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  2. Activation Plan Development: Build an annual activation plan and marketing budget that aligns with the global strategy, while adapting to local specificities and implementing activations throughout the year.
  3. Content Creation and Promotion: Work closely with community managers to relay local content, ambassadors' content, and activation of local influencers, targeting various audiences (B2C, Coaches, and Retailers).
  4. Team Management: Manage and animate a team of promoters and sales reps in other regions to maintain a strong presence in the territory.
  5. Event Organization: Organize regular product test sessions and animations in partner clubs and events.
  6. Talent Acquisition: Define the best recruitment strategy with the country manager, detecting, recruiting, and signing contracts with local players and juniors.
  7. Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' activities in the field.
  8. Global Project Coordination: Participate in transversal global projects, providing feedback and ideas, and implementing actions decided in the market.
  9. Brand Activation Seminars: Participate in global Brand Activation seminars, providing local input.
Requirements
  1. At least 3 years' experience in marketing or sales with management experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree in business and/or marketing.
  3. Ability to negotiate contracts and deal with commercial conditions.
