About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Brand Marketing Manager to join our team at Mulberry Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for our sports brand in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the marketing plan and budget for the sports brand in the UK and Ireland.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community managers, ambassadors, and influencers.
  • Coordinate and participate in global projects, providing feedback and ideas to drive business growth.
  • Participate in global Brand Activation seminars to provide local input and insights.
  • Recruit and manage local players and juniors, negotiating contracts and commercial conditions.
  • Analyze competitor activity and provide recommendations to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in marketing or sports marketing.
  • Knowledge of the tennis world in the UK.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and deal with commercial conditions.
  • Excellent relational building skills.
