We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Campaigns Executive to join our busy and dynamic Editorial Team at Carlton Recruitment Solutions Ltd.

As a Digital Campaigns Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our digital portfolio and editorial team to ensure the seamless execution of digital content strategies.

You will be responsible for coordinating digital campaigns, managing content delivery, and ensuring a smooth delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sponsorship deliverables, maintain an inventory, provide updates, and report metrics to sponsors and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the backend of the website to upload and manage client adverts, ensuring they are properly displayed and run for the duration of their campaigns. Monitor and report on advert performance to clients and internal teams.
  • Create and design visual assets for the website, emails, webinars, and social media using Canva, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
  • Work with marketing and external agencies to incorporate visual elements that align with branding guidelines.
  • Analyse newsletter and webinar performance and recommend improvements.
  • Support the promotion and production of multimedia content (webinars, podcasts, and video) and external events.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, suggesting improvements to enhance the digital content strategy.

Ideally, you will have experience with WordPress, Canva, HubSpot, and Excel.

You will be a creative and organized individual with a flair for digital design.
