About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Partnerships Manager to join our team at 54, a leading sports and entertainment agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for activating major global sports sponsors and delivering partnership rights across various events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement annual sports partnership activation plans for major global sponsors, including hospitality, brand, digital, and broadcast content.
  • Partnership Management: Oversee the delivery of partnership management programs across Performance54 promoted golf events, including title partners and official suppliers.
  • Activation and Delivery: Create and manage partnership activations pre, during, and post-event, utilizing other departments within the P54 business to ensure ROI.
  • Coordination and Delivery: Coordinate partnership management for the Aramco Team Series, prepare partner manuals, meeting agendas, minutes, and work-in-progress documentation, and oversee partner guest management programs and VIP on-site management.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Create and share reports with key stakeholders, maintain good working relationships with series and event partners, and track team task management and workloads across partners and events.
