Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full sales process, from initial contact to after-care
- Generate new contacts and manage existing contracts
- Work independently, visiting existing and potential commissioners, as well as being present in the office
- Market our organisation and services provided
- Project manage and liaise with operational and clinical teams
- Manage stakeholders involved in the referral process
- Conduct structured business development to generate new packaging recommendations
- Finalise submissions and bid documents to enable new business
- Contribute to marketing campaigns
- Attend meetings with required stakeholders, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Proven track record of Business Development/Account Management/Sales (healthcare desirable)
- Sales and target-driven
- Able to demonstrate strong administrative skills
- Multitasking and prioritisation with the ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with commissioners, clients, managers, professional bodies, and colleagues
- Self-motivated to work independently
- A positive approach to working under pressure in a busy environment
- High degree of initiative and 'can do' attitude
- Ability to work flexibly and work unsocial hours when required
- Full driving licence
