We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Head in Training to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, motivating and inspiring a team of colleagues, and ensuring stock availability and merchandising levels are to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Motivate and inspire a team of colleagues to achieve their full potential
- Ensure stock availability and merchandising levels are to the required standards
- Implement and maintain safe working practices for all colleagues
- Manage keyholding and duty management responsibilities
- Work a minimum of 37 hours per week
