We are excited to launch our Championships Development Programme, a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sports and events industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of The Championships, working closely with our Operations, Recruitment, Communications, Professional Tennis, Estate Development, and HR departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the smooth running of our operations, including administration, event planning, and coordination.
  • Support our recruitment team in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support the delivery of The Championships.
  • Contribute to the development of our communications strategy, engaging with external and internal audiences through various channels.
  • Work closely with our Estate Development team to gain hands-on experience in client-side construction management, working on multi-use development projects.
  • Provide administrative support to our HR department, including recruitment campaign administration, data entry, and onboarding new employees.
