**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Build relationships with clients: Utilize exceptional communication skills to establish strong relationships with existing and new clients via phone or email.
  • Manage client queries: Respond to technical inquiries from clients, adjust their policies as needed, handle claims efficiently, and provide upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Present insurance solutions: Engage with new and potential clients to present customized insurance solutions.
  • Risk management and renewal: Effectively manage the renewal register by utilizing online platforms to rebroke each risk.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience: Proven track record in insurance broking and account management.
  • Certifications: Insurance qualifications (CII) are advantageous, especially for candidates with limited experience.
  • Technical knowledge: Familiarity with Acturis and risk presentations is essential; training can be provided.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills: Excellent ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues, coupled with a great telephone manner.
  • Business acumen: General business knowledge and the confidence to present to new clients effectively.
