Personal Development Specialist

Nuffield Health Brentwood is seeking a Personal Development Specialist to join our team. As a Personal Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to help them achieve their personal development goals and improve their overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality personal development services to clients, including coaching and mentoring
- Develop and implement personalized personal development plans for clients
- Monitor and evaluate client progress and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
To be successful in this role, you will need to have REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above) qualifications. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
