About 54: 54 is a leading sports and entertainment agency operating across five regions and eight offices worldwide. We work with rights holders, governing bodies, household brands, and major investors to deliver exceptional events and experiences.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Event Director to join our team and oversee the delivery of major golf events on behalf of our international client portfolio. The successful candidate will have extensive international event experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to navigate complex global event ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end management of event delivery, including operations and guest experience
  • Development and management of event budgets, ensuring alignment with invested partners and sponsors
  • Collaboration with marketing and communications teams to integrate campaign plans into overall event strategies
  • Client liaison and account management, including the delivery of post-event reports
  • Travel to oversee and support international events, with a minimum of 16-20 weeks per year
Requirements:
  • Extensive international event experience, with a track record of delivering multiple events successfully within tight deadlines
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to navigate complex global event ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in different cultures and manage diverse teams
  • Comfortable working remotely and at the Company's Head Office in London
