About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team at a leading estate agency. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating various property transactions, including sales, valuations, and conveyancing, while enhancing service delivery across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with property sales and client negotiations to ensure seamless transaction processes.
  • Conduct property valuations and manage sales progression to meet client expectations.
  • Secure financial service appointments and conveyancing instructions to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of residential sales and estate agency operations.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in residential sales or estate agency, with a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A valid UK driving license, with a clean driving record.
