About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at On Target Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales excellence and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Sales Process Optimisation: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sales Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales forecasts and plans.
  • Sales Technology Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of sales technology systems.
  • Sales Reporting and Communication: Develop and disseminate sales reports to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Internal Sales Advocate: Provide sales expertise and support to internal teams.
  • Tender Management: Manage the tender process to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Sales Compliance: Ensure sales operations are compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive Experience in Sales Operations: Strong preference for manufacturing, ideally in MedTech/Pharma.
  • Experience Launching and Establishing Sales Operations: Proven track record in launching and establishing sales operations.
  • Strong Knowledge of MS Office Applications: Excellent skills in MS Office applications, including PPT, Excel, and pivot tables.
  • Excellent Time Management and Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven Track Record in Project Management: Experience in project management, particularly in sales and marketing scope.
  • Excellent Relationship Building Skills: Ability to build and sustain meaningful professional relationships.
  • Experience in Change Management: Proven ability to manage change and drive organisational growth.
