We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Hotel Du Vin. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions that drive sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
