MEPH Manager

Caval Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic MEPH Manager to lead the MEPH packages on a £30m new build hospital extension in South West London.
Key Responsibilities- Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects
- Supervise and manage project timelines to ensure on-time project delivery
- Monitor project budgets and adjust resources to stay within financial limits
- Maintaining relationships with MEP subcontractors, suppliers and vendors
- Liaise with stakeholders and sub-contractors, addressing concerns where necessary
- Communicate updates on project milestones and any issues or delays that may arise
- Assist the smooth handover of completed MEP systems to clients upon project completion
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Identify and resolve challenges that may arise during the planning, design, and construction phases
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with MEP installations and construction projects
- Ensure that all MEPH systems comply with building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards
- Review designs and specifications to ensure that MEPH systems are aligned with project goals and requirements
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that MEPH systems are installed and maintained according to industry standards and best practices
- Provide training and guidance to ensure team members are knowledgeable about the latest MEPH technologies and safety practices

Requirements- CSCS Card
- Strong history of working as a MEPH Manager, or in a similar position, on new build projects in the healthcare sector with values in excess of £10m
- Quality assurance & inspection
- Effective time management capabilities
- Extensive leadership and team management
- Effectively able to communicate and deal with subcontractors
- Proficiency in project management tools and MEP-related software
- In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Heating (MEPH) systems on hospital projects
