**Job Title:** Production Director

We are seeking an experienced Production Director to lead our manufacturing team at Solstice Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of production, meeting operational, customer, and food safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience within a manufacturing or production setting, with a strong understanding of HACCP and food safety management. You will be responsible for managing a large team of production workers, ensuring efficient communication between departments, and implementing continuous improvement processes across production.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the production team
  • Analyse production data to identify and resolve issues
  • Implement continuous improvement processes
  • Lead major change programmes
  • Develop a strong supervisory and management team
  • Maintain quality and health and safety standards

**Requirements:**

  • Previous management experience in manufacturing or production
  • HACCP and food safety management trained
  • Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
