About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training & Competency Manager (Field Coach) to join our team at Quilter. As a Field Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting Firms and Advisers in achieving competent adviser status and improving business submission quality in line with the Advice Quality Framework and T&C Scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Advisers to obtain Competent Adviser Status within the timelines and requirements outlined in the T&C scheme.
  • Provide technical expertise to Principals and Advisers to achieve higher skill levels, advice standards, and ensure positive customer outcomes.
  • Coach and develop Principals and Advisers to ensure that advice and business quality meets the required standards.
  • Support the launch of central initiatives by developing skills and knowledge in key markets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver appropriate and coordinated support, while developing a strong sense of team and actively looking for opportunities for cross-collaboration.
About You

We are looking for a confident and vibrant team player with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead, manage change through influence and persuasion, and inspire others. You will have experience of working within a Financial Advice Network/National with a broad understanding of Wealth, Mortgage, and Protection advice and process standards, ensuring that all decisions are customer-centric.

You will hold a minimum qualification of Diploma level 4 for Financial Planning, and Certificate level 3 for Mortgage Advice. You will be delivery-focused with high energy and drive, and the ability to deliver through others.
