Are you a data-driven digital marketing expert passionate about driving online growth? Coloplast, a leading global medical device company, is seeking a talented and innovative Digital Activation Manager to spearhead our digital strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing performance campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they effectively reach and engage our target audience. You'll also take ownership of our eCommerce platform, optimizing it to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive online sales.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid online media strategies to generate leads for customer acquisition, collaborating closely with the Global team to align efforts.
  • Implement SEO and digital content strategies to boost growth, continually optimizing our online presence for enhanced visibility and engagement.
  • Analyze customer journey data to optimize marketing activation and web design, ensuring an optimal user experience.
  • Manage end-to-end process optimization to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction, including driving customer ordering through Coloplast Charter and managing consumer platforms and digital communications using tools like Episerver and Zendesk.
  • Innovate our digital offering based on customer feedback, ensuring our services meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage digital initiatives with effective project management skills, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
