About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales and Marketing Director to lead our digital sales and growth efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across all digital channels, platforms, and social media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Lead a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize digital sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in digital sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working with FMCG brands, particularly in the health and beauty industry, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
