Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to take our affiliates programme to the next level. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing a core digital marketing channel, working closely with our trading managers to promote our brands and drive sales during key periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with top revenue-driving partners to secure key placements in key sales periods across our six brands.
- Develop and implement a strategy to increase revenue and new customers through the affiliates channel, tailored to each brand and market.
- Work with our trading managers to identify opportunities for brand awareness through content partnerships.
- Provide weekly and quarterly reporting on the affiliates channel to identify opportunities and growth.
- Manage the affiliate budget effectively across the year for each brand and market.
- Identify and initiate new opportunities within the channel, using a test and repeat strategy to determine success.
- Collaborate with affiliate platforms to drive incremental sales and new customers from publishers.
- Set up and manage discount codes.
- Manage creative assets for our partners, working closely with our design and trading teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
- 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience.
- Good Excel skills.
- Marketing or business degree or equivalent.
- Commercial and creative thinker.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to tasks.
- Proven ability to work well within a team and use own initiative.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Experience within the fashion industry (desirable).
- Negotiation skills.
