About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Hummingbird Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Outreach: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and how Hummingbird Agency can help them achieve their goals.
  • Booking Calls: Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and meetings between potential clients and our senior sales team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless handover of leads to the senior sales team.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or sales development role, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM system to manage leads and track sales activity.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team, with a willingness to contribute ideas and support colleagues.
