About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive to join our team at Reliant Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to elevate our brand and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting and Implementing Digital Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to enhance our brand presence and drive website traffic and engagement.
  • Utilizing Digital Marketing Techniques: Leverage SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and other digital marketing tactics to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging content that resonates with our audience, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and more.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign performance to refine and optimize strategies.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure our brand message is consistent and impactful across all channels.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize our reach.
Requirements
  • Proven Digital Marketing Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in a recruitment or HR setting.
  • Technical Skills: Strong command of SEO, SEM, and content creation tools, including Hootsuite, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
