About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive to join our team at Reliant Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to elevate our brand and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and Implement Strategies: Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans that drive traffic and engagement, and align with our business objectives.
  • Utilise Digital Marketing Techniques: Leverage SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging content that speaks to our audience, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and more.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse campaign performance to refine and optimise strategies.
  • Brand Champion: Ensure our brand message is consistent and impactful across all channels.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to maximise our reach.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience of digital marketing and social media management, ideally in a recruitment or HR environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong command of SEO, SEM, and content creation tools, including Hootsuite, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
