We are currently in search of a dedicated Guest Relations Coordinator to join our Food and Beverage Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently provide memorable experiences and exceptional service to our guests and colleagues. It is essential that every team member brings positive energy to foster a joyful and engaging atmosphere, as we aim to cultivate a community of diverse backgrounds and experiences, where we prioritize careers over mere jobs.

As a Guest Relations Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage offerings at all times

Focusing on creating memorable experiences for all guests, using their names whenever possible

Being fully aware of the Company's values, competencies, and behaviors, and exemplifying them consistently

Staying informed about all F&B Promotions across the Hotel and communicating them to guests when appropriate

Attending to all guests and ensuring that special requests are fulfilled

You will be expected to work 40 hours per week, following a shift schedule.
