We are seeking a vibrant and articulate Guest Relations Coordinator to become a part of our client's enthusiastic team.
Role Overview:
As a Guest Relations Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of the organization, ensuring that all visitors feel valued and attended to.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist all guests entering the premises, providing a warm welcome.
2. Serve refreshments, including breakfast and beverages, to clients throughout the day.
3. Ensure that meeting spaces are fully equipped and organized for daily use.
4. Prepare and maintain stock levels of essential supplies, including beverages and office materials.
5. Assist with reservations, travel arrangements, and scheduling appointments.
6. Handle incoming calls as necessary.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, ideally in a front-of-house capacity.
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor.
- A personable individual who enjoys being the first point of contact for guests.
