Guest Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Coordinator to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the Guest Relations Manager to develop and implement VIP guest procedures
  • Organize informal meetings with long-stay guests to build relationships and gather feedback
  • Assist the Front Office team during busy periods, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Encourage guest feedback and comments to maintain and improve our standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Guest Relations in a 4*-5* hotel
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
