Guest Relations Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Relations Administrator to join our team at Conrad London St James. As a key member of our Guest Relations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our VIP guests receive exceptional service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Guest Relations team, including handling communications, managing guest records, and coordinating events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including owners, guests, and corporate office teams.
- Monitor online reviews and respond to guest feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement strategies to uphold and enhance the hotel's brand reputation.
- Utilize online platforms to enhance real-time communication with guests and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administrative and IT skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to a range of different work situations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
