Position Overview:

We are in search of a personable and engaging individual to join our team as a Guest Relations Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our patrons, greeting them warmly and ensuring they enjoy a memorable dining experience from the outset. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a welcoming and friendly demeanor
  • Efficiently manage reservations and seating plans
  • Keep the reception area tidy and organized
  • Communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • Assist in coordinating service staff and managing table turnover
  • Provide guests with insights about our menu and restaurant features
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Host in a high-volume restaurant setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
