We are looking for a gracious, professional, and composed Guest Relations Coordinator to join our team. As the initial point of contact for our patrons, you will establish the ambiance for their entire dining experience. Your responsibilities will include warmly greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure.

Key Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Hostess or in a similar customer-facing position within a high-end hospitality setting.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A polished and professional demeanor.
  • Capability to maintain composure and poise in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with reservation management systems is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
