POSITION OVERVIEW - GUEST RELATIONS COORDINATOR

As a Guest Relations Coordinator, you will report directly to the Guest Relations Manager and play a vital role in the daily operations of the Front Office. You will serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries across various communication channels, ensuring that requests are handled efficiently and effectively.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS:

The Guest Relations Coordinator is expected to:

  • Maintain professionalism at all times
  • Act as a positive representative of NoMad throughout your career
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety and HR guidelines
  • Exemplify NoMad values in every interaction
  • Support the Guest Relations Manager with administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with all procedures
  • Serve as a point of contact for guests through various communication methods before, during, and after their stay
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, noting preferences and communicating effectively with other hotel departments
  • Assist in coordinating group requests and room drops, liaising with relevant hotel departments
  • Provide support to reception during busy periods and breaks
  • Prepare for VIP arrivals, including welcome cards and other amenities to enhance the guest experience
  • Set up in-room amenities for special occasions as requested by guests
  • In the absence of the Guest Relations Manager, attend meetings as needed, noting special guest requests and ensuring they are addressed
